Think it, Feel it, Write it was born because I was on a journey of self-healing and self-love, and with the passing of time I have realized that the path of healing must spring from within. Healing of a patient must take into account more than just their physical body, but also their mental, emotional, and spiritual needs

How it works:

Each morning you will answer three essential questions that generate nothing but positivity and after moving you toward your creative page which I call your daily canvas of expression. This is a 31 day commitment that will begin by inspiring you, then driving you to think, and finally encouraging you to accomplish, all of this work is done through gratitude and self-love.

Pain is personal but so is healing. This journal aims to heal you and help you burn brighter with gratitude and self-love.
